TrapJaw Labs ships orders Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday through Sunday, it will go out the following week. Some items are handmade at our facility and may require additional processing time before being ready for shipment.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. You will get an email notification when your order ships. Please contact support with any questions or to coordinate shipping around your schedule. For their health and safety, orders containing live ants may be delayed due to weather events at the origin, major shipping hubs, or at the destination region.
